Hi, i’m suzanne.

I’m a holistic nutritionist in Ottawa, Canada, with gluten intolerance (non-celiac gluten sensitivity) and Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune condition.

I’ve been gluten-free for over ten years and I know what it’s like to have to change your diet to improve your health. I used to exist on packaged gluten-free foods and processed vegetarian not-food products (frozen veggie burgers, anyone?). I’m not saying that I eat perfectly now, but I’m passionate about using real, whole foods as a way to heal our bodies.

You need to do more than just address symptoms. While I do recognize that you want the symptoms to go away, they’re not going to stay away until we seek and address the root cause of what’s happening in your body.

As a holistic nutritionist, I look at what’s going on in your body from a wide perspective - including your lifestyle habits, your environment, your personal care products and more. This includes your mindset about being healthy! We have to take all of this into account to find long-term solutions that will fit and work for you.
